Guarantee and Service
We stand 100% behind the quality of the plants we deliver, which means that we take
responsibility that the plant material is handled with the utmost care during storage
and transport. For the packaging, strong wooden box pallets (100x120x120cm) are used
provided with a foil bag to prevent drying out during cooling and transport. Plants
that take more than 48 hours to deliver from Luttelgeest to the customer are transported
in refrigerator trucks with the temperature set to + 2°C. We make it our goal to visit
all our customers during the growing season. During these visits all the important
aspects are discussed. We consider it to be of vital importance that both our
customers and we are properly informed of each other’s wishes and possibilities.
In order provide interpretation and follow-up, the visit report is entered into the
Office Management system so that this information is easy to retrieve, for example
during the delivery season.

Plant passport and certification.
On the basis of the regulations in place, all tree cultivation plants fall under the
mandatory inspection and supervision system of Naktuinbouw (the Netherlands Inspection
Service for Horticulture). For virus-free cultivation material, this is produced
within the quality control and certification system of Naktuinbouw, is inspected by
Naktuinbouw during growth and has met all requirements set by Naktuinbouw for this
material with regard to strain authenticity, health and quality. This certificate
is only granted if the cultivation material comes from identified and/ or virus-free
parent material. The plants are provided with a Naktuinbouw certification label
(the orange label) either individually or by bunch. Plants that are required to have
a plant passport are accordingly provided with a plant passport. In the event that
the material is sent to a ZP region (Zona Protecta) this is indicated on the plant
passport.
