Storage, processing, packaging and transport
The storage, processing, packaging and shipping of the plants is done from the climate-controlled shipping bay.
Modern cooling and humidification systems ensure that the (largely bare root) plants do not diminish in
quality in the period that they are out of the ground.
The necessary time is spent on processing and control so that the specific wishes of every customer are
correctly carried out. For example FAIRPLANT can deliver the plants ant any desired length.
With a modern trimming machine we are able to safely, accurately and quickly trim the plants to the correct length.

Only new wood is used for the packaging. The efficient packaging method prevents the plants from being
exposed to dehydration or other forms of damage during the journey to the customer.
At FAIRPLANT we prefer to organize the transportation of the plants ourselves. We have made good, clear
arrangements with various transport companies, who know that they are handling valuable and vulnerable material.
The conditions in which the plants are transported (temperature, duration) are also of vital importance.
Plants that are in transit to their destination for more than 48 hours are carried by climate-controlled transport to prevent quality loss.
